Farhad Yusifov Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, Azerbaijan

Farhad Yusifovgraduated from the faculty Automation of Production Processes, Azerbaijan State Academy of Oil and got master degree on “Informatics and computing technique”.Since 2005, he has been working for the Institute of Information Technology.He conducted the Council of Young Scientists of the institute.He also conducts research on development and creation of scientific and theoretical foundations of e-government, development mechanisms for organization and management of e-government. In 2016,he was awarded with the title of associate professor by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is the author of 40 scientific articles, 24 of them published abroad.Since 2009 he has been working as a headof the EducationDepartment.
