Presentation Title: Turkmen Research and Education Network Association –yesterday and nowadays

Rustam Gadzhiyev working as a Senior Expert of International Relations Department of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and responsible for the CAREN Project implementation in Turkmenistan. From 2009 to 2013 head of ICT department of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. He has BA in Economy and Law and graduated from the Turkmen Agriculture University as a PhD Candidate. He was leading more than 20 trainings and about 10 projects implemented including Tacis, Tempus, Erasmus, NATO, and UNDP projects and has about 20 years of experience in international projects.
